Job Brief

To manage the Fixed Assets Management function effectively and efficiently

Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets register
• To enhance internal control on assets management
• Ensure respective Fixed Assets PIC aware and understand of their responsibility as fixed asset custodian
• In-charge of Fixed Asset tagging
• To ensure proper segregation of damage Fixed Assets and write off
• Raise routine Journal Voucher ie depreciation and etc
• Conduct and coordinate half yearly Fixed Asset sighting
• Assist in stock count
• Assist in preparation of tax and audit schedules
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly report and analysis
• Maintenance of standard operating procedures in relation to the Accounts department
• Other job as assigned

Job Requirements
• Qualification : Degree in accounting or equivalent
• Experience : At least with 1 year of relevant working experience or fresh graduate
• Skill :
• Computer literate
• Analytical and hardworking
