Scope:
As a Software Tester Supervisor you will be playing a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. As a supervisor you would be responsible for leading a team of software testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's productivity and professional development. This includes overseeing workload distribution, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understands the scope of projects, works with software developers, project support teams and vendors to identify business/technical requirements to write and execute test scripts.
