Duties & Responsibilities

My client is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Credit Controller. As a vital member of their team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining healthy financial relationships with their customers while ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Duties:
• Conduct daily outreach to customers, prioritizing phone communication with email as an alternative, to address outstanding payments.
• Issue suspension notices to delinquent customers and implement necessary measures to suspend accounts when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries impacting invoice payments promptly and efficiently.
• Follow management directives on procedures and engage in special projects as required.
• Prepare accurate and timely credit notes to document adjustments to accounts.
