Located in the centre of Killarney on High Street, Foley's Townhouse offers 29 individually styled bedrooms and has an award winning restaurant.

Candidates must have the proven ability to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service and be able to lead and take responsibility for a team in your charge. The role requires an excellent communicator that has attention to standards and detail with an excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.

Scope and General Purpose of Job:
• To manage the dining room to the highest operating and hygiene standards.
• In conjunction with the business manager, proactively manage all aspects of the guests experience in the restaurant.
