• The importance of respecting deadlines at every stage of the process : movement instructions, payroll instructions, interviews with those concerned, ....
• the complexity of complying with internal administrative rules and legislative changes
• The need to find creative solutions to multifaceted problems.

Description

For your area of responsibility, you will be the point of contact for :

Expatriates and impatriates for all issues relating to their mobility before, during and after their assignment.
• For expatriates, you will :
• present the conditions of expatriation to the employee,
• organize the departure of the employee and his / her family, if applicable,
• remain the employee's employer contact,
• manage payroll and tax operations (with the support of an outside firm),
