Key Responsibilities
• Present recruitment and HR solutions to new B2B customers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Report to and work alongside the VP, of Recruitment Services.
• Manage and coordinate recruitment projects to ensure assignments are completed on time and to satisfaction.
• Plan out search objectives, strategies, and timelines.
• Research and map out markets to identify the most sought-after candidates in the market.
• Directly approach candidates professionally and confidentially.
• Contact, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability.
