The mainresponsibilities of the Junior Accountant wouldentail:

Daily bookkeeping of invoices, expenses, andpayments

Assisting with managing the inflow and outflow ofcash

Bankreconciliation and accountsreconciliation

Documenting and maintaining records of bills, payments, invoices,etc

Be anintegral part of the monthly closing of the financialstatements

Assisting the audit team with year-end closing, VAT submission, andrelatedactivities

Requirements

Inaddition to the above, you may be required to assist the finance& accounting team with Adhocrequests

Requirements

What are welooking for?

Bachelors degree in Accounting orFinance

Proven experience as an accountant, 1-3years

Proficient knowledge of accounting principles andpractices

Proficient knowledge of VAT filing regulations in theregion

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel ismandatory

Previous experience with Zoho Books is aplus!
