Hardware Store Manager - Musina Limpopo

The job of the Store Manager will be to facilitate an environment that seeks maximum performance from all team members and achieves sales targets through effective management of the store team, financial controls, operating standards and sales. Ensure the Company image is protected by delivering excellence in customer service acting in the best interests of the Company at all times.

 Provide the highest standard of service to customers at all times ensuring staffing levels adequately satisfy customer demand at peak trading times and that the store team understand the service level requirements.

 Review and monitor the nature of all complaints ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.

 Organise and oversee the work of the administration office.

 Oversee the day-to-day leadership of team members.
