We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Star Hyper SuperSpar. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving our restaurant to achieve its business goals.

Responsibilities:

•Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation, customer service, cleanliness, inventory management, and financial performance.

•Lead and motivate the team to increase customer satisfaction and minimize complaints by ensuring that quality products and service are delivered consistently.

•Train new employees, provide ongoing training for all staff, and manage schedules to ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
