Do you have experience as machine operator? set up, program and operate one or more woodworking machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures or other wood products?

We are currently looking for a Cut & Edge Board Shop Controller to join our team. The successful candidates will be based at a reputable retailer in a suitable region in Fourways, Gauteng. Managerial Experience, as well as experience and knowledge of Cut & Edge (Kitchen & Furniture Industry) Machines such as Wall Saws and Edge banders, is an advantage. Please apply with a 2 PAGE CV. Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

Supervising of operators

Ability to work on machines

Check delivery standards are maintained/enhanced

Check maintenance files are 100% up to date

Maintenance of machinery

Housekeeping

Greasing

Checkboard shop cleanliness

Create reports and feedback on operational activities & sales More Detail
