Need a meticulous and disciplined Executive chef for a Mediterranean Social Club and Champagne & Oyster Bar in the Club, Hazelwood.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the total operational, administrative, HR and financial reporting of the kitchen.
Must have fine dining experience at SA's top restaurants / Michelin exposure.
Start date will be the 1st of June 2024
