JOB PURPOSE

To be a strategic adviser to the Company business units through the delivery of high-quality advice in the area of Ethics and Governance ensuring the efficient operation of the Bank’s decision-making mechanisms. The role will provide specialist advice and support to the Corporate Secretary on matters of ethics and corporate governance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements
• At least a post-graduate qualification in either law, finance, audit or accounting background;

Desirable Requirements
• A registered Ethics Officer.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements
• 4-7 years’ experience in implementing business ethics management, corporate governance, law, or a relevant discipline such as enterprise risk management and internal control, accounting or audit;
• Experience in risk management, ethics investigations, ethics management, anti-corruption
• Good understanding of ethical concepts and theories
