Overview

Creative Associates is seeking a Technical Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) to lead the anticipated USAID-funded Guinea Integrated Good Governance Activity (GIGGA), which will provide technical support to local government to improve decentralization service delivery in health, education, and economic growth. The project will also seek to strengthen the social contract between citizens and local government through participation, transparency, and accountability relationships. The DCOP will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical design and implementation and providing administrative support on programmatic areas and working with the Chief of Party (COP), other team members, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure the program achieves the desired results.
