General Objective

Responsible for monitoring and supervising a team or teams of Customer Experience Representatives to achieve the organization’s objectives. Providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. The supervisor will manage the team that handles inquiries by answering service questions by phone. You will be supporting end users and your team during customer service related activities as well as interacting directly with customers in order to provide recommendations. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential.
