• Recruitment and Selection:
• Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
• Prepare job ads and source qualified candidates
• Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements and administer exams for assessment.
• Coordinate hiring activities to concerned departments like schedule of interviews and status of hiring
• Check the complete submission of pre-employment requirements
