Job Description
• Involved in Sales and Aftersales in Region 7 & 8
• Responsible on the increase of subscriber base, revenue and customer retention of Region 7 & 8 under Private & Government Entity.

Task List
• Collect payments in cash or check and record online payments.
• Issue official receipt to the customer.
• Encode payments to the infosystem
• Ensure to tally the cash and check to daily collection report
• Generate Daily/Monthly Collection Report
• Prepare Deposit Slips and all collection within the day must be deposited the next day to the bank.
• Assist customer complaints like billing concerns and outstanding balances. Guide them and provide relevant information
• In-charge for monitoring and request payment for utilities, rent, OLT, PO for Gasoline etc.
• In-charge for Petty Cash Fund and Revolving Fund10.. Verify outstanding balance of the client and request for temporary disconnection.11. In-charge for admin concern i.e permits, BIR visits
