Role Description

We're hiring for a full-time on-site role at SMDC's Pasay location as a Change Management Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, overseeing change management initiatives, conducting audits, coaching project teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of change efforts, crafting customized communication plans, monitoring progress, and delivering regular reports to leadership.
