Job Summary
The Service Management Analyst is part of Swissport’s Business Services organization in Morocco servicing multiple countries in Africa, Europe, Middle East and beyond. The role is responsible to ensure that the Service Management process and solution/tool are effectively and efficiently meeting the needs of the organization and its users. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working with processes and tools for Service Management, Service Desks, Incident/Ticketing, etc. in the context of IT or other business processes. Additional background in business process performance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards and improvement is a plus.
