Taking customer orders, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, solving problems related to customer orders, and handling order delivery 1) Issue SOR (NAV system) 2) Create product specification and BOM. 3) Issue customer invoice. 4) Prepare sample for customer. 5) E-Filing (scan completed SOR to server) 6) Check customer artwork (printing, header card, bag, label and etc...) 7) Support CS Executive and HOD on ad-hoc basis. 8) Ensure scheduled waste generated within department is handle properly.
