Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Operational Coordinator to join their team in Patensie

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Operations/Agricultural Management or related
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Earth)
• AVCASA qualification preferred
• Code 8 driver’s license required
• Motorbike learners/license advantageous
• 2+ years' experience in operational/management roles
• Audit/report exposure necessary
• Requirements:
• Coordinate daily SIT program operations and ensure policy-aligned target achievement
• Assist in staff task planning, motivation, and objective attainment
• Ensure strict compliance with release, quality protocols, and prompt risk communication
• Verify purchases align with budget and adhere to finance protocols
