A highly reputable, well establish law firm in Port Elizabeth has a vacancy for well-appointed, energetic and adaptable entry-level Administrative Assistant (millennial), to start 01 June 2024!
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
Your role as Admin Assistant focuses on supporting senior staff in the convenyancing and property law department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
• Matric (with Bachelor's Pass) preferably with CAT as a subject.
• Must be eligible to work in SA (SA Citizen with valid ID), and have a clear criminal history.
• MS Office - PC proficiency is essential
• Driver's license advantageous
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Scanning and saving FICA documents;
• Sending security documents to the banks and to clients;
• Collecting and collating FICA documents from clients;
• Following up on outstanding documents with clients (must have a good, pleasant telephone manner);
• Fetching and delivering documents between 2 buildings;
• Personal stuff that I might require;
