REPORTING LINES

The suitably qualified and experienced candidate will fulfil the role of an Administrator, supporting both the Supply Chain and the Production Managers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing of Purchase orders in Sage Evolution
• Sharing approved purchase orders with suppliers and management
• Goods received processing in Sage Evolution (GRV)
• General data capturing (Excel)
• * Diesel consumption
• Mass balance
• 12 Hour Production Report
• Other
• Collation of credit card slips.
• Assistance with stock counts
• Assistance with petty cash administration
