Job Description
• Lead five operations teams to grow businesses by double digits
• Develop and enhance the sales of our own brand aggressively
• Provide in-depth insights to the analysis of marketplaces for new channels expansion
• Provide in-depth insights to the analysis of advertising data
• Provide guidance to direct reports, typically for first-line managers and supervisors
• Set clear priorities and goals for the entire functional area
• Evaluate team members' performances and develop the talent of the team
• Constantly refine the current operation process
• Maintain efficient cross-departmental communication

The Successful Applicant
• At least 5 years of experiences as a senior manager or above positions
• Have experience in propelling double digits growth in company revenue
• Good at data analysis
• Excellent command of English
