Duties and Responsibilities:

 Preparing maintenance record and perform machine set up. Ensuring that all production

machine, tools, and equipment is available, in good condition and meets setting

specifications and requirements prior Production used.

 Maintain and monitor performance of machinery and equipment; adjust as needed with

information to superior any adjustment done.

 Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts and conduct sample or tests to ensure that

repairs are satisfactory.

 Performing preventive repair and maintenance of company’s machine, test equipment and

components within the assessment/instruction of Manager depending on Technician’s skill.

 Testing solid-state circuitry to find defective parts in digital and analog equipment and

replacing defective parts.

 Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery and organize workspace. Always observe 8S

and safety.

 Monitor tool life for consumable parts of machine and equipment.
