Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Impex operations and activities by receiving of instruction/information concerning incoming and outgoing shipments.

2. Ensure the Impex quality records are in place and retrievable.

3. Supervise activities of Impex employee/s and review the work for continuous improvement.

4. Check and prepare plans for subordinates’ development and performance.

5. Prepare, evaluate and review Section’s Procedures, SOP’s and other relevant documents.

6. Have knowledge that is suitable for the position. Update oneself with the existing law (if applicable), provisions, systems, standards etc. and continually educate on how to improve the existing work.

7. Act in accordance with the management decisions and instructions.

8. Keep harmonious relationship with co-workers.

9. Perform and maintain 5’s and safety in the working area.
