Duties and Role:
• Assist in the preparation of the annual in-year Business Execution Plan (BEP) and follow-up and the Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR);
• Assist in the preparation of the workforce planning and execution;
• Assist in analysing budgetary data and identifies significant trends and deviations for short and long term planning purposes;
• Support in Performing in-year reviews of DCSU financial execution;
• Support monitoring DCU's Financial dashboards covering all sources and types of funds;
• Support in Managing and reporting against DCSU's portfolio of services, projects and other work;
• Support with execution of DCSU recruitment activities.
