Duties and Role:

As a member of the Project Management Application Service (APP039) Team within the Service Support and Business Applications (SSBA) Service Line (SL), provide specialist support contributing to the technical support of NCIA ServiceNow platform, especially on DM, CSM, GRC and CIM. The duties include:
• Manage and administer ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM) in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
• Develop scripts and solutions to support the operation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM);
