1. รับวางบิล2. ทำจ่ายเงินด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ เงินสดย่อย และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ3. การบันทึกบัญชีในระบบ ERP เช่น SAP หรือ EXACT4. ดำเนินการเรื่องการจ่ายชำระเงินตามเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ5. จัดเตรียมเอกสารบัญชีด้านจ่าย เพื่อส่งหัวหน้าบัญชีตรวจสอบและนำส่งสำนักงานใหญ่อนุมัติเช็ค6. การจัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าประเภทแฟ้มเอกสารต่างๆ7. จัดทำรายงานภาษีต่างๆ8. ติดต่องานเกี่ยวกับหน่วยงานราชการ9. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายKey Responsibilities: - Expense Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of vendor invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
