Our Client a leading Agro Chemical producer with strong presence on the Central Asian market, is looking for a Country Sales Manager, to develop the region. Covering a big geographical region from summer and winter crops in the North and summer only crops in the South, this position will play an important role in the global set up of the company

The Position

The Country Sales manager will manage a small team of agro specialists, but also be the main expert driving direct sales to big farms and agro complexes as well as reviewing the current distribution base and change/add new partners.

As not all of their products are present in Central Asia yet, you will also be responsible for product selection and market research, to identify new market opportunities.

Together with the team and HQ you will also coordinate the Logistics flow from Europe to Central Asia.
