**Job Description**
• *Scope of work:** The Public Health Specialist will be responsible for technical oversight and support on IRC health development and humanitarian health response projects particular focus on Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (SRMNCAH). In addition, responsible as technical focal representing IRC for technical collaboration with partner organizations, donor, fund management offices and counterpart ministries of Myanmar at different levels. The Public Health Specialist in collaboration with M&E unit responsible for developing and administering IRC health program’s service quality assurance mechanism. The Public Health Specialist is additionally responsible for Cross cutting thematic of health, and partner organizational capacity building and SRMNCAH service quality control.
