Goldrush has a vacancy for a competent and experienced Payroll Supervisor. The Payroll Supervisor is to adhere to compliance of payroll process and deadlines as well as ensure that Goldrush staff are paid accurately and on time.

The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for capturing all various inputs provided by the manager as per the provided deadline as well as overseeing of team members and distribution of workload evenly.

Duties:

Supervisory and management duties

· Supervise payroll officers.

· Ensure that internal control procedures are strictly adhered to for all processes but not limited to the loading of new employees, termination of employees, capturing of payroll transactions including deductions and the payment of salaries.

· Co-ordinate the payroll process for the organisation and possibly at divisional level if required.
