The role
• Ensure the continuously improvement on customer satisfaction measured by regular survey.
• Plan and manage the service operational budget to ensure the efficiency of IT service.
• Maintain regular contact with key customers to identify the customer’s requirement, analyze their demands and deliver gap closure plan.

This may include working with the service team on problem solving for technical issues.
• Develop and optimize all field, workshop and onsite to ensure the lead time, quality and efficiency.
