Description

The role aims to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. This role supports the finance lead in all training and development activities to develop best-in-class finance professionals and assists in developing their finance team. This role supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implement EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.
Requirements

What are we looking for?
• Previous Accounting/Finance experience in a high-volume department, preferably within a hospitality
• A good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
• Good knowledge of OPERA and MICROS. Basic knowledge in EXCEL
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with the software systems related to Finance/Accounting
• To have strong organizational skills
• Good language skills in Azerbaijani and English
• Strong influencing, inter-personal and communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
