Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at a School located in Mogadishu. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing staff, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
