Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor the execution of the required
training program for new hired and upgraded pilots across all fleets.
• Coordinate directly with external partner
training centers for the initial training requirements of each fleet and
maintain a database of all training courses booked.
• Conduct regular cross checking of plotted
initial and upgrade trainings.
• Closely coordinate with the following:
