• Ensure the correct functioning of the platform by reconciling all the different components lik orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds, etc.
• Verify and validate the number of orders and quantity of orders received
• Reconcile orders and payments and ensure that all accounts are balanced
• Match customer returns to customer orders to validate refund status
• Prepare discrepancy reports and send to concerned parties for resolution
• Other responsibilitie that may be assigne
