• Age at least 22 years
• Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Better can speak English
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the textile industry
• Strong technical knowledge of textile chemistry, including the application of finishing agents and their impact on textile properties.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required.
