Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Ekram sweaters limited (Osman group) located in Mymensingh. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for handling various HR activities, including but not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices
