• Provide on-site support for client networks, PCs, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, software, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, PC, and IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using domain controller.
• Monitor and report on network performance, security, and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for IT-related services and products.
• Document and update IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Follow ITIL and ITSM frameworks and standards for IT service delivery and management.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT field service, network administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in network protocols, standards, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.
