Our client, a manufacturer that supplies into Africa, is looking for a Category Manager to:
• Ensure governance within the assigned portfolio and development of category/commodity strategies through application of TCO analysis, stakeholder engagement and the associated risks. Oversight and execution of the required procurement processes i.e Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Tenders
• Ensuring that all sourcing strategies are successfully executed through active collaboration within the procurement team and at the operating level.
• Co-ordination of specified projects; e.g. Procurement Digitization (Procurement Portal), Engineering Spares Inventory optimization etc

Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Engineering. Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
