A Road freight company is seeking a Operations Supervisor In-House Site Pinetown.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise Branch Operations from Customer In-house Site
• Management and Distribution of cargo from Durban throughout SA
• Management and Distribution of cargo from Durban to Over Border Countries
• Management and Distribution of cargo for local deliveries within Kzn
• Supervising of staff and fleet
• Management and control of IT & WMS system
• Effective Supervision of warehouse drivers and staff
• Planning branch operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment
• Organising branch resources
• Providing leadership to a staff compliment
• Controlling results through forecasting
• Service clients, maintain client relations.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry and new or amended legislation and advising clients of implications to their businesses.
• Complying with the requirements of the quality management system
