Job Purpose
• Bridge management goals and actual operational performance, and provide analyses of the performance gaps.

Key Accountabilities
• Develop, provide and improve ways of measuring process performance for easier dissemination of information.
• Provide the manufacturing operations management with the daily operations performance numbers for attention/prioritization.
• Integrates process performance metrics into shop/floor level to increase awareness and people involvement.
• Carry out analysis on the results of the process performance measures for performance improvement.

Qualification
• Graduate of any engineering course or a five-year computer related course.
• Preferably with manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Systematic Problem Solving Techniques, Operations Performance, etc. More Detail
