§ Have excellent knowledge of all the F&B products on the menu.

§ Prepare all & present all food items according to brand standards.

§ Ensure any dishes that leave the kitchen are the correct portion size.

§ To ensure all the necessary stock rotation, equipment, HACCP
Procedures are followed.

§ To be at the pass during each service to help the service run smoothly.

§ To assist the Head Chef and the Sous Chef to manage more junior members of culinary team.

§ Minimise all kitchen wastage.

§ To train and assist the junior members of the culinary team to produce consistent quality products.

§ To make sure the Kitchen is always kept clean with the assistance of the Kitchen Porters.

§ Deal with any complaints related to food quality.

§ Propose food suggestions and menu ideas to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

§ To ensure your work station is kept clean & organised.
