Description: The OM will be responsible for organizational efficiency of the company, managing all aspects of the organizations HR, IT,Finance, Warehousing and Inventory Management, Service departments and Retail Store, helping and creating organizational plans and program budgets, and setting and overseeing productivity goals with all departments in collaboration with the MD and other misc. tasks.

Working with the management team, the position contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
