Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Distillery Shift Supervisor at Antigua Distillery Ltd. The Distillery Shift Supervisor will be responsible for daily production and include but not limited to, Fermentation, Distillation, Dilution, Barreling/Ageing and Spirits Quality. Also responsible for reverse osmosis water production.
