At Regent we want to elevate our guests above the noise, this can only be achieved if we thoughtfully manage and connect the service processes. As Manager, you lead the daily operation, while being actively involved in the day-to-day restaurant activities. You aim to prevent problems from occurring, by continuously looking for ways to optimize the restaurant operation and service delivery. You ensure that the Oku team respects and lives up to the Regent standards and service behaviours.

Leadership and Managerial Duties:

You ensure Oku colleagues are driving excellence in the IHG Winning Way and Regent Brand Orientation

You are responsible to connect all colleagues to build the whole team together and work collaboratively

You coach the team in tailoring service processes, aiming to make each visit to Oku as memorable and unique as possible.

Ensure all colleagues are acknowledgeable about Regent Organization Chart as well as Key members of BIM Group.
