About the job

Responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services, and protection of the Owner’s assets. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.

Ensure technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate individual needs.

Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and that any service requests are handled courteously and efficiently.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation
