• Owns Facilities Mechanical systems such as Chiller, Compressor, HVAC system, exhaust etc system. He/she is responsible to develop system criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unique operating requirements such as building and safety codes
• Planning, designing, sustaining, and improving Facilities Mechanical systems in assuring reliability and sustaining engineering for the systems owned.
• Provides second level troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem-solving techniques and restore all system back to its desired operating condition.
• Develop best practices and implement routine checks on Infrastructure e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Fire life Safety Systems.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities on all facility equipment.
• Ensures that all contractors and vendors on site are aware of and adhere to all.
• Company Safety Procedures and that they signify by signing the proper documentation.
