JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree, preferably in the field of finance or accounting, or equivalent education.
• Experience in automated financial accounting and budgetary control systems.
• Experience in treasury management process & procedures and VAT recover.
• Knowledge of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) or International Accounting Standards (IAS).
• NATO's two official languages are English and French. However the work of this post is conducted in English and therefore fluency in that language is essential.
