Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef de Partie & Chef De Partie at THE ASSA HOUSE, GOA located in Bardez. The Demi Chef de Partie & Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting the executive chef in managing the kitchen, preparing food, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supervising the kitchen staff. The Demi Chef de Partie & Chef De Partie will also collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure an excellent dining experience for customers.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and be a team player
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
